HORRIBLE From: Tricia.ATX Date posted: 5/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Stoneridge Apartments will lie to you. They still have cardboard air ducts, your electric bill will be around $200 for a measley 600 sq ft apartment. There are HUGE holes in hidden crevices, where large rats climb in your home. Pest control will only spray 3 areas, and assure you it will work... IT DOESN'T. The assistant leasing person is a very rude and mean person (after you sign your lease). It can take up to 2 weeks to resolve any issues. They'd rather try to fix your current (70's) a/c unit 1 piece at a time, rather than getting someone out there that knows what they are doing.
