Overall my experience was not a horrible one. Yes I will admit that sometimes the staff is not around in the office, so putting money on your laundry card can be difficult. I think where ever you live no matter what you will always end up hearing your neighbors above you. For the price we pay I think it is quite reasonable, and my neighbors totally rock. I have not had any break-in into my car or apartment, and if they were not demolishing this place I would still live here. So to sum it all up you get what you pay for.
