it was great living here at first, but the office staff has changed. currently, they do not care nor do they call you back, even if it may mean more money for them!! my power bill for 1000 sq ft in the summer is around $250!! i have dealt with this every summer and they always give me the runaround. i will say the maintenance team is fabulous. very nice and helpful, unlike the current office staff. the pool COULD BE a great amenity for this community, however, the office staff will not let anyone go to the bathroom inside....you figure it out. i actually got an eye infection from swimming in that pool my first summer here. i have never used the pool since. the WORST thing is the dog owners. the community does provide adequate "pet stations". however, 2 feet from them, there is dog messes. i know i can't blame the management for this, but maybe they could attempt to enforce pet rules''''' i am now moving out of stoney ridge. my rent for the same sq footage is a little more, but i know that utilities will more than make up for the increase in rent, and it will be close to impossible for the office staff to be any less attentive.
