I lived there from the middle of 2004 until the middle of 2005.
Stoney Ridge is a very nice-looking complex and the location is great. The floor plans are spacious and the maintenance, while I was there, was pretty good.
The bad outweighed the good, though.
The electric bill, for my 700 square foot apartment during mild weather when I didn't run the heater or the air conditioner ran at $70-100. That's a lot, especially when you're wearing sweaters to keep from turning the heat on.
They charge for waste and water.
Squirrels found their way into the roof and made a racket. That problem wasn't solved.
There were ants in the cupboards.
My car was broken into twice.
The management was lethargic. Not really bad, just uncaring and confused and slow.
The location is good, though
