I lived at Stoney Ridge for 2 years and enjoyed my entire experience there. The neighbors were great and I became good friends with a lot of them. The maintenance guys had a great work ethic as well as being very courteous to help you with anything. I personally never had problems with the office management. I thought they were very open and friendly to help me with anything I needed (and I wasn't no where close to being a perfect tennant). I made friends with the office and maintenance people very quickly. The pool and lawn was upkept very well. The apartments themselves were very nice (and I probably went into every different kind of apartment they had). The apartments are also located in a perfect position being right across from the Capitol Metro #10 bus stop. This bus could take you all the way to UT. Plus Stoney Ridge is in South Austin which is the best part of Austin. They only downfalls to the apartments was that we eventually needed a bigger floorplan because we couldn't fit all of our crap in it. There were also breakins to cars sometimes but that is going to happen anywhere. I miss the atmosphere though and highly recommend it to anyone.
