I've lived in these apartments for about 3 months now and at first I was a little disappointed. First of all, the apartment that I got looked nothing like the apartment that I first looked at. The bedroom has no ceiling fan and no cable outlet, the appliances are old and make a lot of noise! I am so glad I live on the top floor because the walls and floors are very thin. I guess for an older apartment complex you get what you expect although the apartment is obviously overpriced. However, if you want to live close to downtown, these apartments are great (and have w/d connects and huge walkin closets!). After living on Riverside, I definitely feel safe in these apartments. The maintenance staff is very friendly. Overall, I would recommend these apartments if you can't afford anything nicer.
