if you want to pay 980 for a 2 bedroom apt with old appliances. then be my guest. The staff is rude and always putting notes on your doors. I lived there for about a year. Myt boyfriend would come over alot and he had a better apt than mine for sure. Being a single woman sometimes he would stay over. The office would ask personal info and always in your business. People are always moving out and the electric was sky high monthly average was about 300mth and i was never home. anyways moved out thank God!!! I got a bill for 700 i mean i steamed cleaned and everything and stil got charged. MAKE THIS A WARNING THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING!!!! THE MANAGER IS A STRAIGHT OUT ----- AND THERE ISN'T MUCH THEY HAVE TO OFFER YOU. THERE IS NO GYM OR ETC. I HEARD EVERYBODY ----- THERE. LETS JUST SAY 3 OF MY NEIGHBORS LEFT. PARKING IS A -----.THE ONLY IS YOUR NEXT TO DOWNTOWN BUT AT MY AGE THAT ISN'T IMPORANT TO ME. oh and they raise the rent every chance they get. I can see paying that for a 2/2 with nice app. not old. And fyi lots of sex offenders in that apt complex. and in the area. Being a single mom that is imporant to me. go check them out and run as fast as you can.. I never thought i would write a rewiew put that place is old and another thing i had 2 rats in my oven which i complianed and they never did anuthing about it. YOu could hear them in the oven fighting. please people take care of your property. that place should be torn down.
