This place was a nightmare to live in. I thought I would be happy there, but things kept breaking, rats were in my apartment, and the office staff told the maintenance staff to apply a band-aid every time. On that note, the maintenance staff was very polite and friendly and did a good job (with what they were told to do).

The office staff however is rude, condescending, and ignorant. They raise the rent every chance they get and throw ridiculous parties by the pool- it's no wonder they keep raising the rent so they can afford to throw their 'apartment complex parties'.

They show no flexibility, leniency, or kindness and in particular, Katie is a real B***H. When I finally left they had the audacity to tell me that it must not have been that bad since I was there for almost two years. If I had another option prior to giving my notice to vacate that hell-hole I definitely would have. I am glad the opportunity finally presented itself for me to get out of there.

The location is the one nice thing about that apartment complex and trust me, location is all your paying for.
