I've lived here for almost 2 years and have had a fine stay. The office staff is sweet with me. The maintenance guys are very friendly and fix things HOURS after a request- they even installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom for no charge the same day. I live in the back of the complex and have no problems parking. It's very quite and we have an awesome back entrance so we aren't forced to deal with south first traffic. I've never even seen a bug in my place so I'm totally shocked to hear about the lady with rats! Over all I think this place is great for the price and apt. space and for the area of town. I'm a master comparison shopper and this complex is well worth living in.
