Stony Creek Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/3/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000   I have lived here for two years. The apartments are in pretty good condition. The grounds are kept pretty well. It is a little difficult to get work done on your apartment. The rent recently went up significantly. The first two times I extended my lease, the rent went up about 15 dollars, but this time it went up by 60 dollars. The manager said this is due to rents in Austin going up significantly. The manager has changed about 5 times in the two years I have been here. It is difficult to get out of the apartments because it is on such a busy street. The location has been a safe one. There are a lot of noisy people in the apartments, so you might ask the manager what age or type of neighbors will be next door.
