Could have been worse...

Years at this apartment: 2003-01-01 - 2005-01-01

Like any college apartment, there were good and bad points to living here:

Pros-
management didn't enforce the pet policy, so you could keep animals and not pay the deposit
HUGE rooms
lots of sun and large windows
reasonable rental rates

Cons-
management wasn't very prompt in responding to maintenance requests
the apartments aren't in very good condition-my carpet was filthy and disgusting
if you live near the stairs, your apartment will shake anytime someome goes up or down
the pool was filled with dirt and some ugly plants
there are not many machines in the laundry rooms
be sure to lock up your car! my stereo was stolen
