Management is horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I am an international student and I lived in Su Casa for one year. It was a painful experience. The maintenance was so poor. We had to wait on average a week to have someone come to see the problems. We lost a complete food load because they waited 2 weeks to change our refrigerator when it broke, after 5 times they came to try to fix it! A lick was never fixed and my roommate had to move out early. I think it was because our lease finished in two weeks. The place is cheap, and cheap is the service you are going to receive. Finally, we had many problems with bugs, so be prepared.
