My boyfriend and I havent even lived here a year and more than a couple of things have gone wrong. My boyfriend moved directly to Austin after getting out of the navy and moved in with me. As we were trying to put him on the lease, we had to wait for him to get a pay stub to show the management company due to some dumb rule that you have to show proof of being able to pay all 12 months rent at once. Didn't make sense to me either. They kept harrassing us until I finally walked from to the office from the apt. complex to show them my boyfriends bank account. Mind you at this time, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and wasn't supposed to go anywhere on my own.

Over the period in time in which we lived here, (it's finally coming to an end) it rained at least 7 times in our apartment either due to the AC or the fact there was a 3 inch hole in the sink pipe in the apartment above us (the management blamed it on a faulty disposal for the first 6 times). All I have to say is that this is the worst experience of my life. Don't live here if you can avoid it.
