big note: management was changed in 2007, this made a huge positive difference.

i moved here in the summer of 2007 and have had 0 problems.

i recently signed a lease extension through 2009.

i cannot speak for the other reviewers but i have a third floor apartment, and thus could be living in a vacuum soundwise.

there was once a girl below me that ran on her treadmill now and then and my living room floor would thump when she ran, but it wasn't very loud at all and she moved out a few months ago anyways.

otherwise i have not heard ANY sounds from any of my neighbors including parties or loud music since i moved here.

i had a sugar ant problem for a while but just caulked the hole where they were coming from and i never saw them again.

have not seen any other pests in my time here.

rooms are HUGE.

20 second walk to bus stop.

plenty of parking.

i cannot speak for all those reviews pre-2007 but the new management is nice and understanding.

i once had a period where i called maintenance out 3 times in a week because my toilet kept stopping up (i lack fiber in my diet) and they eventually replaced it with a new bowl for me within a few days.

idk my only negative experience is when they tried to illegally start charging everyone in the apartment for waste and gas in the middle of everyone's contract.

i think they figured it out and retracted that.

oh, also, the washer/dryers are still an issue - there are only two pairs and they are always out of order.

but i stopped using public laundry when all my clothes got stolen at the speedway mart laundromat at 38th and speedway.

DON'T DO YOUR LAUNDRY THERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT THAT PLACE IS SHADY AS HELL.

overall - great deal, especially for the relatively low rent.
