I have lived in Summer Grove for nearly a year now and I have to say that this is the worst living condition I?ve endured in ten years of apartment living. The management is underhanded and uncaring. They do nothing to help the tenants unless it is in regards to them making money. Don?t let anything happen to your car or your belongings, because your just going to be S.O.L. They don?t care about your privacy or your pets well being. They show up in your apartment whenever they want without announcement or advance warning. Parking is a nightmare unto itself. My car that is barely a year old itself has been hit twice in the parking lot and no one left a note of apology or anything. Management tends to lose things of importance such as notes regarding requests, payments, service requests, etc. To further add to their incompetence they are impossible to reach during business hours. You will almost always get the voice mail instead of a real person. If you want to live in the area, go to Martha?s Vineyard or somewhere else. Don?t even bother with Summer Grove.

Its good to know someone shares theyre feelings its warns the public I think this should be done for every complex
