Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
> Management is corrupt - their intent is to milk you for every dollar they can.
> Living is sub-standard: They think paint can cover up anything...and although they charge you in the end to clean it, you will enter a unit that wreaks of smoke, pet dander, and filth. Maintenence is lazy and incompetent - their ability to fix mechanical and structural problems is lacking to say the least, and they take MONTHS to respond.
> Prices are cheap: They make up for it by raping you when you leave...they will take every penny of your security and other depostits, regardless of the pristine condition in which you leave the apartment to them.
> I would not reccommend Summer Grove, Edge Creek or any other Baron Property to anyone even if it was the last place in the world to live.
