When I first moved in I thought I was getting such a great deal on a cute apartment and great location. I have lived here for 2.5 yrs because I liked the price and location. But the management/maintenance staff has been such a nightmare to deal with. They argue with you regarding a problem in your apartment, and try to blame it on you rather than fix it.
There are gaps in the wall around the door moldings, stains on the carpet, cheap paint-finished countertops, poor insulation, and run-down poor-working appliances.
New residents be warned. This place will treat you with antipathy at best.
