Seemed ideal when we moved in. However, we quickly grew tired of it Apartments need some major upgrades.. painted-on countertops that peel off easily, Cheap paint on walls that was layered on. Cheap carpet that filled my vacuum with lint during each weekly cleaning. However, the biggest disappointment came from the lack of presence of the management. She's never around. The office is only open from 8:30 to 5:30, so God help you if you need a package or anything signed for and you don't get home before 5:30 each night. The office will suddenly close without notice and sometimes be closed for up to two days with no explanation. Last December it was only open about 3 days for a two week period.

The place is poorly maintained. Sloppy paint splatterings and carpentry work worse than a middle school shop class. Cars with expired tags will remain unmoved for months with no action taken. This is ILLEGAL! Apartments are required to tow these vehicles. One person even parked in the fire lane and left their car (and trailer) for 3 days and it was never towed!

I'm willing to make some sacrifices for cheap rent.. however when my lease came up they we going to charge an extra $40 a month. I lived in the same neighborhood (nicer complex) during the dot-com boom and my rent didn't go up that much.

Four people were moving out the same day I did... and I can only assume it was for the same reasons. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere...

Oh, and like the previous poster... we got screwed on our deposit as well.
