Summer Valley Apartments

above everything, average. From: gardynbean Date posted: 8/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   the units are older, so the floorplans are fairly spacious and the closets are large. parking is mediocre as far as getting a space closer to your building. the area definitely leaves something to be desired, and the "gated community" feature's a joke, since the gates work half the time, and the bars on them are bent back far enough to fit plenty of burglars and harassers... the company charges a fee to process your rent check, which is completely ridiculous, and towing is rampant as well. the rent's pretty decent as far as bucks per square footage...
