Improvements From: issinator@hotmail.com Date posted: 2/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Yes, they are giving away prizes for writing reviews. This is the reason why I here, but since I am here I will give kudos when its due. Repairs have been done promptly. The front gate is finally the way it should be and the washer and dryers were replaced. Although they are expensive being a dollar to wash and dry; other apartments are 75 cents and have timers to let you know when they are done. The hot tub does not work and does not appear to be fixed anytime soon because it is winter. Even though it has been a warm winter. They are trying to improve which is good. I will renew my lease if they continue to improve.
