I've lived here over a year and this is all that has happened during this time...first, my friend's (who also lives in the complex) boyfriend's car was broken into and had his CD player, amp, and sub stolen, then both her and her boyfriend had all their tires slashed along with 2 other vehicles. Their neighbors apartment was broken into and they had their stereo and Play Station stolen. In the past week, I have witnessed a hit and run and reported it to the vehicle owner and the office(who did nothing about it), my boyfriend's car was broken into, and most recently, I witnessed a drug deal outside of the laudry as I was walking there to find that some of my clothing including UNDERWEAR was stolen from the laundry room. This complex offers an access gate, which hasn't been closed in the past 2 weeks (at least) and a laundry facility where you can use a credit card to get in if the door is closed all the way because it sticks since the lock is always sticking out. My advice...spend the extra money so your personal property and you are safe. The only plus to this property is the wonderful and caring maintenance staff. All of these other things have happened since the apartment changed management to Grey Star. STAY AWAY!!!

That is scary...we have seen people doing drugs at the Taqueria next door. Which laundry facility was it?
