Office staff was great from the get go. We drove in and talked with the pleasant but not too friendly (in a good way) office staff. She did make us feel at home but it was all business (I feel this is important, after all she's not my "buddy" she's my rental agent). She was ready with our paperwork when we returned to the office. She wasted no time giving us the important information about the apartment and community. 3 days later we were moving into our new place. Apartment was clean and had no problems until this morning. Our shower busted and was only spitting hot water. I went to the office and within 30 minutes it was fixed. I recommend this community unless you're high maintenance or don't understand city living.

Yeah, just wait until you've been here more than 3 days. Well, you have by now, since this was in October. I'd love to see your opinion of the place now that you've had time to hear your scraming, crazy neighbors at all hours of the night, not been able to find a parking spot, had your appliances break down constantly, and ben hassled by the office to pay money you don't owe.

YOU WERE SO RIGHT! this place is such a dump! I feel like they really pull the wool over your eyes when you move in. WOW if you had only warned me prior to me signing those papers that are a one way contract by the way! EVERYTHING listed on there is considered an amenity, so they don't actually have to provide those services. DUMP DUMP DUMP! Not to mention the AWFUL office staff! AWFUL!
