Summer Valley Apartments

no no no From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   my lease is up in september and i cant wait. there are NO baseboards and you get all these little things like spiders and little creepy crawlers. i make complaints and someone finally came to spray the apt but that didnt help. the parking is the WORST!!! there is only ONE laundry room and they moved the 2 dumpsters all the way to the back. the walls in this apt are paper thin. when you run the water in the faucet it makes noises and that is all. but this apt may be AFFORDABLE but is SOOOO NOT WORTH the time and money.
