I have lived at Sundance for almost 8 years and can't imagine living anywhere else in South Austin. I love it here. All of the staff is very friendly--almost any time of day I can go outside and see at least one staff member out on the property. It makes you feel like you are part of the family that owns the apartments. Living in a family owned property beats living in one run by a large management company-HANDS DOWN!! If something needs to be fixed it is normally done within 2 to 3 days-unless something needs to be ordered. Every once in a great while things are not fixed properly the first time so the maintenance man has to return to the apartment, but he is very willing and happy to do it. The only time this happens is if the problem is not found the first time.

If you want a great, friendly place to live, come to Sundance. You won't regret it.
