Have lived here for 6 months, lease ending in two weeks...THANK GOODNESS.

Condition:
The place is falling apart. The windows and doors gap so badly you can see light through them, there's mildew and mold so bad I can't get it to go away and stay away. The carpet's coming up and I keep stabbing my feet on carpet nails (and they told me it was new carpet). Something breaks and has to be fixed or replaced at least every three weeks, and it takes maintenance forever to show up (they usually fix things right, though). There were security issues at move-in (non-locking door and a window that didn't close OR lock) that took them TWO WEEKS to fix.

Customer Service:
The office staff is horrendous--every single person there that I've dealt with ****except Heidi, Heidi is wonderful**** is rude, unconcerned, and not helpful at all. I'm usually ignored, interrupted or told that they're too busy to help me (this usually comes from one of two young girls who are filing thier nails or on the phone). There were SERIOUS issues with the way my application was handled...I should have run screaming then, but I didn't. I could shoot myself for it.

A big advertising point these days is "on-site"roving security guards. The "on-site patrol" at Sundance is ONE man who is 65 years old, walks with a cane and a dog who looks like it should've died years ago, who IS NOT EVEN A SECURITY GUARD--he's a maintenance man!!!! He sits in the parking lot in his golf cart.
