Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004
 
I love living at Sundance and have been here for almost 7 years now. It is a great privately owned complex and you couldn't ask for nicer people running the place. Management and maintenance are just like family. If they can do something to help you in any way, they will do it. You can really tell that they like working here--some of them even live here!!!
