Overall, the place isn't bad to live it if cheap is what you're looking for. I personally was living on the second floor, and loved the huge window which was accessible by anyone who came up the stairs..not really. Bad security problem with that.

Every appliance in the place seemed to be literally on its last leg. Also, almost broke my neck on the stairs (the concrete step simply broke in half) and the mgmt. could only put up a big cone and tell me it was an old apt. complex, as if I should suspect to also not fear the roof caving in on me'

Wish it was gated, and the office hours suck if you're actually trying to receive a package.

The people riding around in gold carts seem okay in deterring crime, which is cool, since a few yards further down the road and you have all sorts of shady people looking for fun at 3am. Cops are always at those apt. complexes, but never here.

Good deal for the money, but I need to move up and on to a place that I feel is more in tune with the new century and has bettere coinhabitants.


Only saving grace for the place is Heidi..she seems to be amongst the tenants, but makes me wonder what the place would be like without her.
