The apts. are big for what you pay in rent. I miss Heidi, though - she was a great mgr - a gem! But the new girl seems nice.

Maintenance is pretty timely, although the new man himself has a bad attitude and complains about his work. But he knows what he's doing and gets the work done right.

There is a night watchman who is older but he's always on the watch. He's a deterrent and is there to call the police if he sees anything awry. I'm very very glad he's there. There's not been a major crime problem in the complex, but the neighborhood surrounding it is a little shady.

The complex is family-owned and you can tell - they take care of their property and are responsive to the residents.

I love the floorplans and the location of the property is FANTASTIC - easy to get to Mopac, 35, 1st St. etc., etc.

All in all, we do love it here. It's peaceful and quiet and mostly families or working singles/couples. Most residents are long-term and it's easy to get to know our neighbors and make friends here.
