The staff is incredibly unresponsive with complaints or general questions. They never call back with any answers when they say they will, they don't address problems with residents and they think they're doing you a favor by letting you live there. The carpet in the apartments is the cheapest you can possibly get and hurts to sit on. It also constantly needs to be vacuumed.
