They will Jack Up your rent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Got a six month lease because we weren't sure how long we were going to live there, and then when we go to renew they jacked the rent from $599 to $635 a month! "Market Rate" for their good residents who never missed a payment, hardly ever asked for anything, and never had a complaint against them. When I asked to talk to their supervisor, the number wasn't around. My boss' number is in my cell, I don't know about you.
