South Austin Oasis From: philtron@gmail.com Date posted: 12/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived here since July 05 and I don't think I have ever enjoyed an apartment complex so much. For a low price, they have a pool w/ hot tub, a (small) excercise facility, and a nightly security patrol which basically means there's no crime. The grounds are well kept and very green. The insulation in the walls is thick, and everything is in good working order. I have never deaslt with such a helpful and honest office staff, and maintenance is always at work. I was most concerned about the customer service where I live, and this place was the only one that made me feel comfortable out of the dozen or so complexes I inspected, of which ZERO had all these amenities at this price. Don't take my word for it, check it out today.
