I've been at Sundance since 1997 and I could not recommend a better place to live in South Austin. The property is well maintained and the staff has always been professional. I see some of the other reviews on this site that complain about this or that regarding the office staff. These people obviously cannot be pleased by anyone. Some write about how great it was when Heidi was here...I think Heidi was a nice girl and fun to talk with but she shared everybody's business with everybody else. She definitely needed a class on confidentiality. After Heidi left, Lauren is now in the office more and she is always great. There's a new girl, Sabrina (I think) who has been great to deal with as well. Both her and Lauren have done a great job and I don't worry about telling the office when I'm going to be out of town that their going to share it with someone else like Heidi often did. I give my full recommendation to the Sundance community and the staff. They operate like a family business here and care about me as a resident. One more than one occasion, they have personally gone the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of.
