this place has good and bad things,the bad outweigh the good.i started out renting a one bedroom apartment with a 150.00 deposit.stayed for two years,then moved to a two bedroom apartment with a 250.00 deposit.never got a dime back.i even hired a cleaning lady to help me clean and they came up with the most ridiculous things for cleaning charges.this is the ONLY complex that i didnt get back all or most of me deposit back.

I totally understand what you mean. When we moved out the apartment was spotless. It was cleaner when we moved out than it was when we moved in and they charged us $40.00 for cleaning. Not sure what they had to clean though because we even pulled out the appliances and cleaned behind them. Can you say rip-off!
