I love how "a little run down" has become acceptable when you're paying hard-earned money for a place to call your home. I've lived in 7 different apartment complexes, 5 of those in Austin, and Sundance was by far the dirtiest place I lived in. Oh, and low crime? Yeah, one of the "security" guys was fired when he couldn't keep the cars on the lot from being broken into and the cops are a weekly feature on the property. Lived there for two years and was outside every day with my pups. Oh, and management doesn't run a tight ship with the rules... they pull them out of their ass at will when they think they can make an extra buck or two off you. Don't let them bully you around, though.

I've lived in MANY apartments, as well... and I feel that I get MORE than what I pay for here at Sundance. If Sundance is the "dirtiest" place you've lived, then why are you staying? Either you are too lazy to move or you just enjoy complaining. As far as the police thing goes, we actually checked with the police department(which I think EVERYONE should do before choosing an apartment)before moving in and Sundance has an unusually low crime rate. If anything was stolen from this place, it was a stick... and I think I know where you are hiding it. Good luck to you.
