This was one of the best places I could find in South Austin. The layout is great, the apartment houses are spread suitably so you don't feel like you're living in a monster, and the tenants are really great people. The apartments themselves are really spacial and very reasonably priced, and the facilities are super : small pool, small workout, two laundry rooms. I have had no problems with the management at all. They are all quite responsive to my needs, and they're friendly as well. The parking lot could use a bit of work, but that's about it. I highly recommend these apartments if you're looking for an affordable, comfortable, nice living situation.
