I have lived here since June of last year, and I will probably stay here until I either buy a house, or leave Austin, whichever comes first. I have a large one bedroom unit and pay less than my old apartment (a studio size!), and I have a better neighborhood, too. Its pretty quiet for city living, and thats surprising given the proximity of the train line (it hasnt ever woken me up).

I have had great experiences with the management and staff. Repairs were done same day, nothing but courteous managers (then again, I have BEEN corteous, too). Laundry facilities, workout area, and pool have always been clean and well maintained. Grass always cut, and grounds in good shape. All in all, I love this place. But I also follow their rules (pets, no offensive decorations, etc), and I would be willing to bet that these bad reviews you see come from people that don't.

I totally agree with the person that wrote this. I am not a friend of management nor can I even remember their names most of the time. However, I have never had a problem with anyone here and neither will you if you just follow the rules. Geez, its amazing how only the jerks that have bad experiences will post reviews.
