Sundance Apartments has been one of my favorite places to live. It was peaceful and safe. I really enjoyed the staff that always had a good, friendly attitude. It was convenient to downtown and quick to get just about anywhere in Austin. The apartment was very cozy and easy to call home. Can't beat it for the rate.

OUCH!! Just one heads up, don't expect to get your deposit back! $150 turned to $80 and that was with an immaculately clean apartment. First place I've ever heard of not returning a full or even almost full deposite. Maybe this is normal but, I didn't know the previous resident is responsible for the prepping cost for the next resident. Seriously, if the carpet is brand new how is anyone suppose to return it brand new! I could go on but what's the point.
