I am a tenant, I wrote a review. I don't work at the Apartment Complex. I have lived here for over a year now. I don't have brown water, nothing smells like mold to me. You know about the train before you get here, in FACT, there is a discount if you live right next to the tracks. If you want to get an idea about this place, there are at least 10 families that I know of that have lived here for more than 5 years. Why would they do that if there were so many problems? As for the visitor form? I am not complaining, as this person put a 5 for safety they are obviously not too concerned about safety, maybe that is why.

I lived there for more than 2 years and I can provide you with a list of 10 folks that have moved in and moved on a quickly as possible. Why do FAMILIES stay at Sundance? Because the apartments are cheap. Families don't live in apartments because it's convenient. They live in apartments because they're poor. We had the largest apartment possible and it was too small for the two of us and our dog, so I cannot even imagine trying to raise a kid in one. And besides, why would you want a kid living in the same apartment complex where the handyman is a convicted kiddie molester who has access to EVERY SINGLE apartment. Smart parenting.

You might want to check your facts before you post who you think works for the complex. The "handyman" resigned after 15 years of service for Sundance.

He must have resigned recently. And thank goodness for that, but here's a thought, does he still live there?

I currently live at this complex and know for a fact that the maintenance man who currently works here was convicted on two seperate counts of child molestation. I looked him up on a web site where he is listed. He is allowed to work here because his mother is the grounds keeper. I think it's really irresponsible for the management to not at least notify tenants of this-- I learned through hearsay and had to look it up myself.
