Sundance is an older complex, but I am very impressed with the maintenance of the grounds and building exteriors. The apartments themsleves show some age (appliances, fixtures, etc.)but, are very servicable and maintenance is timely. (I supplied my own refrigerator because I wanted a larger capacity and glass shelves.) Managnent is strict with the enforcement of the rules, but friendly and helpful.
