I moved from Dallas to Austin in May 2007 and lived there until May 2008. I searched for months for an apartment before I moved and fell in love with Sundance! My apartment was great, my neighbors were quiet, the location was fantastic, and above all (especially for a single woman living alone in a city where I knew no one) I felt incredibly safe! Even walking back across the parking lot to my apartment after swimming or getting in the hot tub at night, I never felt unsafe. I never had a problem with the office staff, but then again I never dealt with them much(never had any maintenance issues and just dropped my rent in the drop box), but they seemed friendly enough to me. I ulimately ended up moving back to Dallas, but if were still living in Austin, it would definitely be there. I highly recommend these apartments!
