DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! From: lala500 Date posted: 6/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2002 1 response   DON'T MOVE HERE. A BOX ON THE CORNER IS MUCH BETTER. THE PIPES ARE SO OLD YOU HAVE TO LET THE WATER RUN BEFORE USING IT. I BOUGHT DRINKING WATER B-CUZTHE WATER WAS RED WHENYOU FIRST TURNITON(FROM RUST). THE MANAGER IS A B**CH AND THE OWNERS JUST WANT THE MONEY. RESIDENTS ARE NOSEY. BASICALLY IT'S GETTO. THERE WAS MOLD IN A RESIDENTS APT. AND ALL THEY DID WAS PAINT OVER IT. THEY DID NOT CUT IT OUT AND REPLACE IT BUT JUST PAINTED IT! THEY WERE SICK ALL THE TIME AND WHEN THEY MOVED THEY GOT BETTER!!!!! THE MANAGERS KIDS ARE FUTURE INMATES AND YOU CAN'T TELL HER ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THEM BECASUE SHE WON'T BELIEVE YOU AND WILL RAISE YOUR RENT. THEY LET ANYONE MOVE THERE. VERY LOW CLASS.
