Definatly Not recommend From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   From the day that we moved in to this complex we had a great deal of problems. The office staff was very rude to us from the day we moved in to the day that we moved out. If you don't mind a loud and high crime area then this is the place for you. Also there was flooding on our apartment and when we paid the reletting fee to get out of this place, yes it was that bad, the damage from the flooding had still not been fixed. This had been over 6 weeks since this happened. Also the apartments have old appliances and the carpets have stains. If you really don't care about the place that you are living, this is the place for you. There were several times over the summer that we could not even see the bottom of the pool because of the cloudy water. We have never dreaded going to the place that we live. This is the only place that we have ever felt that way. This is also the reason that we paid the reletting fee to move out.
