evil people From: asprklprns Date posted: 9/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003 2 responses   this place was horrible! my bf lived in 3 units at this complex and was charged upon move out for all 3. the last time was crazy, they charged for the carpet (wasn't new upon move in)they said the tile (floor and countertop) was scratched and distroyed (he was a student and NEVER ate at home, we never used the kitchen). they charged him for marks on the walls even though they paint before each tenant. they charged for the bathroom, said the tile was broken/scratched. the manager (was claire/claira) she's a total -----! upon move out she was yelling at my bf b/c they ----ed up the lease. (they typed up a 7 month lease instead of a 6 month lease.) they sent notices of late payment of rent with wrong dates and amounts on them almost every month rent paid or not. once he got a letter for eviction after already paying the rent and they didn't note it in the comp. now they want over $600 for damages on a 500 sq. ft apt. that he stayed in for 6 mths while in school and was rarely there ever. now he can't get a lease in his name anywhere until he pays the over $600 for damages that weren't there. **always take pics when you move out** the office people there are all stupid and disrespectful. maintenance never came when called the first time. p.s. like the office staff the neighbors aren't very friendly either... p.s. harper's creek is a better comlpex, older but better location and bigger apt's for a better price. also neighbor's are all very nice.
