While I was living there, I had a guy climb up to my balcony (I was on the second floor) and try to push his way into my apartment (my balcony door was slightly open). We had several car break ins and almost caught one of the guys breaking a truck window out (my boyfriend chased after them with his bat) but they sped off in their caddy and numerous people leaving their dog's feces on the property grounds. I swear everytime I was locking my door I had to hold my breath until I got to my car, becuase the smell was out of control. Parking was a complete nightmare, I called the office all the time and complained about some of the moron residents who took up two spots on purpose, but the office never did anything about it. I finally had to move out when they wanted to raise my rent! I don't remember how many times I called to get something fixed in my apartment, maybe 5 times, and that was only because I personally spoke with Josh, I guess the assistants weren't writing a work order. It's just not worth the headache, look elsewhere, this place was going downhill when I was there and will continue to deteriorate as long as the bus stop is less than a block away and the office lets the residents run wild. The only thing I did like was the low rent they offered when I initially moved in, but that only lasted a year.
