I've lived at quite a few apartment complexes in the austin community, and this is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in!

I originally choose these apartments because they were in a good location and I was short on money, and when I saw that it was a gated community, I was happy to sign a lease. Oh boy was I wrong.

They never close the gates, they're constantly open. It has taken them over 3 months just to paint the parking lots and buildings, and there are still spots in the parking lot that are all crappy. Not only this, but my car has gotten broken in to and vandalize at least three times. I had to call the police one saturday because 17 GUNSHOTS went off! 17! I counted them to her as I was on the phone. Not only that, but some psycho ex girlfriend burned down apartment building 20 because her boyfriend was sleeping with another woman, it was on the news! And on top of all of this, when we went in to talk about breaking or signing another lease (before they broke into our car again), the lady didn't even know why we've been paying 633 for 12 months when the rate at these apartments is 545. When we asked her for the difference back, she refused. I was pissed.

I wouldn't even tell my worst enemies to move into these apartments.
