I have lived there for two years and I'm moving out in August `03. The apartment never had problems it was clean and had new carpet when moved in. We had a few blemishes on the pait when we moved out and they dismissed it. All are requests for service, once the AC, and a slow drain were taken care of the next day. Beware though you have to have a parking pass to park inside the gate. I parked inside the gate without one and ran to my apartment for my lunch break, within one hour my ---- was towed. 250 bucks gone. Other then that I reccommend the place
