If you are looking for a safe, quiet, spacious apartment and work up north; then this is the place for you. Ive read reviews about the parking lot flooding; totally rediculous. The managment being horrible' Another rediculous statement. The are all very nice people. The maintenance is quick and do quality work. Any requests for things to be fixed have been done so that day. I get home from work, and it has been done. Any bad reviews you see on this website about Sycamore Springs are mostly personal problems that the staff has nothing to do with. It makes me sick to see people giving this place a bad score. Lets see you find as nice a place for the price. good luck. You wont find it.

Best you've ever had? Seriously? I'm not sure if I want to laugh or cry over that statement. Were you renting in the projects previously?
