I have live here for 2 1/2 years and they have NEVER been able to fix my windows that leak whenever it rains. My bedroom & living room both. It is very annoying to wake up in the middle of the night to hear a dripping noise. When I first moved in, I did notice water damage to the window sills and noted that, however, I thought it was someone setting a glass on the sill. So anytime it rains I have to move my furniture so it doesn't get damaged and I can't put up any curtains because they will get damaged -- so it is hard to sleep in with the sun shining in! The parking lot DOES flood when it rains,not like up to your knees, but you do get your shoes soaked. The apartment is very spacious, have never seen a bug, squirrels are terrible and jump on your windows. The response from the staff is there, but the problem with my window has not been fixed. Apparently this is a huge problem in the complex, because one of the staff said "oh, yeah, we have been trying to get this taken care of for the last few years!"
