This happened in 2000. Idiot maitenance guys stood there while some nut with road rage followed me into the complex...he tried to pass me on the shoulder while I was turning into apartments from Parmer. People used to get really pissed when you slowed down to turn into the apartments back then before there were stop lights. So this nut (from East Coast - could tell from his accent while he was screaming profanities at me - probably had a very small ----- and chasing women down made it seem larger) followed me into the "allegedly gated" community...this with my infant son in the back seat of my car. The maitenance guys stood there while this guy ran up to my car and tried to bash in my window....he also tried to open my car door. All while in the parking lot in front of the office. Staff looking on. I ran inside and asked them to call the police. They said that they could not get involved in domestic disputes. (the guy was a stranger)Well, I guess that means that they will stand there and watch someone kill you in the parking lot....just so long as you pay the rent on time. I went back to my apartment and called the police....the guy had taken off and no one got his plate number. He would have been charged with road rage and assault. He was really out of control.

I moved out a week later. My lease was up...I had intended on renewing...I tore up the lease and told them to screw themselves. Sexist bastards. Just a fair warning to female tenants. If your husband beats you or some guy stalks you, they won't get involved.

Back in those days I was paying $965 for a 2 bedroom. RIP OFF. Yes, even back then the pools were always filthly and maitenance was a joke. It all boils down to idiots they have in the office. The manager was this ----- ------ ---- guy with ------- ----- hair and a --------. His ----- was probably small too.

I'm looking to move in an attempt to excape my former fiance who's now stalking me and has assulted me many times already. -Guess I won't be moving here. Too bad, I was really interested, looks like they've lost another tenant.

Fair Housing Laws are very difficult to abbide by the office staff is told to do things like that by The Fair Housing Association. Office staff is very venurable to get sued by some jack ass who cant handle any other race but there's
