I agree manager unfriendly.

Moved in here because of location and price. The office staff is exceptionally friendly. I must say one thing though that the Apt. Manager is lacking certain social and people skills. --- --- is not very friendly at all and I too have witnessed rude comments she has exchanged with her staff while prospective tenants were present. I have been a manager for several years and the snide comments she was making to her staff regardless whether or not they were necessary comments should be done privately. One thing every manager knows and obviously --- --- knows this too is that a cardinal rule of being a good manager is to surround yourself with staff that makes you look good. Well she has certainly done that kinda like a wolf in sheeps clothing. I really like the apts. and staff but --- --- made me feel very unwelcome while in her presence. Not a good trait for an apt. complex in these slow times.
